Herbed Tabouleh with Smoked Duck Breast

I really just want a giant bowl of tasty, tasty tabouleh with extra tomatos and maybe a handful of chopped black olives because I’m a heathen like that and olives are delicious. Or yeah, a little fatty, gorgeous duck breast would be just fine
